This workshop is designed to promote awareness of Human Factors (HF) safety considerations and to share HF best practices across commercial airline operations. Topics will include application of HF in designing and building Boeing products, HF challenges in airline operations, event investigation, and synergizing of HF and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
